Trio of Fruit Mini Skillet S'mores
S’mores is my favorite dessert EVER. So much so that you’ll find me heating up the gas burner on my stove in the dead of winter, just so I can get that perfectly toasted marshmallow. But what’s even better than a perfect s’more? A melted chocolate dip, topped with toasted marshmallows and served with graham cracker sticks. Pile on all the melted chocolate and marshmallows you can fit into one bite! These dips are truly special because they combine classic s’mores flavors with a fruity surprise.
May I introduce you to Mango Milk Chocolate S’mores?
Or perhaps Raspberry Dark Chocolate S’mores are more your speed?
Indulge in Blackberry White Chocolate S’mores for an even bigger twist on flavors! This trio of dips is perfect for parties – everyone gets to taste each kind and they are the easiest things to pull together. Get to dippin’ already!
INSTRUCTIONS: In separate small saucepans, heat the fruit over medium-high heat. Once the berries begin to break apart and the mango pieces soften, remove from heat and smash them into a mash. If you have trouble with the mango pieces and can't smash them with a fork, use a small food processor.
Set oven broiler to high. Add the raspberry, blackberry and mango mashes to three separate miniature cast iron skillets. Add the respective chocolate chips on top of the fruit layers. Top with a layer of mini marshmallows.
Set skillets in the oven and broil until the marshmallows are puffed and golden brown. If the chocolate chips haven’t completely melted, turn the oven to 350 degrees and bake for 5 to 10 minutes longer. Serve with graham crackers for dipping.
