Here's answers to your most frequently asked questions:
How does my order come packaged?
Your order will be shipped in an insulated cooler with enough dry ice to reach you safely. Wondering how to recycle your cooler afterwards? Check out out recycling tips.
Does my order arrive fresh or frozen?
We ship everything fresh, but with the amount of dry ice in the box it will often arrive frozen. That's totally fine- either way! You can keep your items in the fridge for up to 3 weeks or frozen for up to 3 months.
Do I need to be there to sign for the package?
Nope! We have a signature release on all of our packages to ensure they are left even if no one is home. You will receive an email notification once your package arrives so you know to be on the lookout for it!
Can I choose a delivery date?
Yes! You can choose either ship ASAP or select a later delivery week during checkout. Orders arrive Wednesday to Saturday (Sunday if available in your area) each week. You can only choose a specific day if you select overnight shipping.
Do you deliver nationwide?
We do! We ship to all 50 states. We are not able to deliver to Canada, A.P.O or F.P.O. addresses, unfortunately.
Can I ship to a PO Box address?
We don't recommend it due to the nature of perishables, but we can do it if you would like. If you choose to ship to a PO box it will ship USPS priority mail and you are responsible for getting the package before it expires.
