There’s nothing more Irish than Guinness is there? At least that is what my friends who love Guinness will tell me over and over again on St. Patrick’s Day, just like they do every year! This year, instead of just pouring pints of Guinness like I always do, I decided to make the drink a little more special… Who can resist a frothy, rich, and creamy Guinness float? The answer my friends is no one. Even if you aren’t a huge Guinness fan, the addition of vanilla bean ice cream makes the beer completely transform into a heavenly creation that you can enjoy over and over again.
With only two ingredients, there really is no good reason not to make this! You’ll find that it will become your favorite St. Patrick’s Day treat… Then your favorite monthly treat… Then your favorite weekly treat… As the Irish would say, Sláinte!
INSTRUCTIONS: Divide the ice cream between two large glasses. Slowly pour the Guinness over each glass until it reaches the top.
Stick in a straw and get ready for the best float ever!
