These perfectly poppable bite-size tartlets are impossible not to fall head over heels for. They are sweet and savory with just the right amount of acid from the tomato. Not to mention they are packed with your favorite ingredient… BACON.

Bacon Jam Tartlets Bacon Jam Tartlets INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil or a large Silpat. Add the fillo shells to half of the large baking sheet. On the other half, lay out the slices of cherry tomatoes.

Bacon Jam Tartlets

Add approximately ½ to 1 Tbsp of bacon jam to each phyllo shell. Bake the tartlets and the cherry tomatoes for 15 minutes. Top each tartlet with a slice of roasted cherry tomato before serving. Serve warm.
