Not to sound like Papa Johns, but better ingredients make a better product.
We used that guiding principle in our prime beef brisket.
We take grass-fed beef and rub it down with a specially formulated spice rub containing hints of paprika, cumin, and ground coffee before throwing it on the smoker over hickory chips.
It slow smokes for 14 hours before being sliced up perfectly and combined with some tangy BBQ sauce to be sent on its way to hungry carnivores everywhere.
