Great turkey starts with great birds.  We use free range, hormone, and antibiotic-free turkeys in our one-year smoke-a-thon event.

We brine them for 24 hours in a mix of herbs and spices to ensure they stay juicy all the way into your oven.  Then we smoke them over Applewood and seal in the flavor. 

All you need to do is reheat in the oven -- easy reheating instructions provided.  It should take less than a couple of hours to get a perfect turkey on your table. 

Hurry and get it while these last -- we only do so many every year, and they always sell out fast!

    Great Tasting and Easy Thanksgiving

    The smoked turkey breast was a great item and perfect for both myself as well as my parents (sent one to them as well). Even though we couldn't be together for Thanksgiving, it was great to have something like this that we could all enjoy. It was very easy to cook, and everyone remarked how this was some of the best turkey they have had. Even people that aren't so happy with turkey itself and/or white meat turkey were very satisfied with your smoked turkey breast. Plus, there were so many leftovers from the breast that it's a great value. Thank you.

    Bachelor's Thanksgiving

    Pig of the Month Club came recommended to me by a good friend. I am a humble bachelor with no experience prepping a Thanksgiving Turkey. This year I drew the short straw to be manning a desk at my office for Thanksgiving and through the weekend. I decided I wanted to have a Turkey dinner for myself the day before and leftovers well into the weekend. The smoked turkey breast was perfect for my needs.
