Great turkey starts with great birds.  We use free range, hormone and antibiotic-free turkeys in our one-year smoke-a-thon event.

We brine them for 48 hours in a mix of herbs and spices to ensure they stay juicy all the way into your oven.  Then we smoke them over a fruit wood and seal in the flavor. 

All you need to do is reheat and brown in the oven -- reheating instructions provided.   Hurry and get it while these last -- we only do so many every year, and they always sell out fast!
