One of our bacon masters, Brandon, spent a summer in Asia and comes into work every week with a bottle of homemade Korean BBQ dressing that is out of this world delicious.
We're talking sweet and tart with a little bit of heat, and just perfectly balanced.
So, one day he marinated our center cut bacon in it and fried it up for us to taste.
