We reserve the right to deny any refund request in violation of this policy. Any abuse of our policy will result in a lifetime ban. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds. If you do not have your receipt, a member of our team will attempt to look up your purchase using the email or phone number the order was placed under.
Only the purchaser of the order may contact us for a return or refund. Shipping costs are only refundable for lost and/or damaged orders. Shipping costs will not be refunded for any other reason. All returns will be refunded back to the original payment method. Any purchases made with gift cards may not be returned for cash.
