👨🍳 How to Prepare
Take your wellingtons out to thaw about an hour before you plan to cook them. Let them thaw at room temp on the counter. Preheat your oven to 415F. Take the wellingtons out of the packaging, and place on a lined sheet pan. Brush with egg wash for a more golden finish.
Bake for 20 minutes for medium-rare, and up to 25 minutes for medium-well. Remove from the oven and REST for 3-5 minutes, as they continue cooking after being removed from the oven. Enjoy!
