Fair warning: these are the kind of ribs that leave you licking sauce from your fingers and seriously considering whether anyone would notice if you ate the whole rack yourself.

We start with our tender, slow-cooked baby back ribs, then cover them in a glossy, ridiculously flavorful sauce made with gochujang, soy sauce, mirin, fresh garlic, ginger and toasted sesame oil.

They’re savory, sticky and slightly sweet, with a tangy little kick and just enough heat from the gochujang to keep you coming back for another bite. And another. You get the idea.

Pair them with steamed rice and cucumbers for dinner, slice them into individual ribs for game day, or eat them directly over the kitchen sink. We support all three approaches.
