Pulled pork usually heads straight for the BBQ sauce. This batch took a much more interesting detour.
We start with tender, slow-cooked pulled pork and toss it in a bold honey ale mustard sauce that hits all the right notes: a little sweet, pleasantly tangy, deeply savory and finished with the unmistakable richness of ale.
Pile it onto a toasted pretzel bun, spoon it over mashed potatoes, turn it into loaded fries or serve it with roasted vegetables for an absurdly easy dinner.
It’s hearty, comforting and just different enough from traditional BBQ pulled pork to make you wonder why mustard sauce hasn’t been invited to more cookouts.
Here's what you get:
- Honey Ale Mustard Pulled Pork, sold by the pound.
