SO worth it. Didn't know I was A NY strip fan until now.

These cuts are amazing. We have ordered many of these steaks over the years and they are always great.
We tend to grill them up and make steak sandwiches, which we love for meals with sides.
I had to buy locally when I ran out - once - and it was not the same at all.
Now we keep ahead and order the bulk offering. They freeze wonderfully.
