Great turkey starts with great birds. We use free range, hormone, and antibiotic-free turkeys in our one-year smoke-a-thon event.
We brine them for 24 hours in a mix of herbs and spices to ensure they stay juicy all the way into your oven. Then we smoke them over applewood and seal in the flavor.
All you need to do is reheat in the oven -- easy reheating instructions provided. It should take less than a couple of hours to get a perfect turkey on your table.
