How does my order come?
Your order will ship in a cooler with enough dry ice to reach you safely
How long can I store my meats?
You can keep your items in the fridge for up to 3 weeks, or in the freezer for up to 6 months
So, these are already cooked?
All of our BBQ items, like ribs, pulled pork, brisket, etc. are all fully cooked so all you have to do is reheat and eat. Smoked items like bacon, sausage, and our raw items will need to be cooked. All of our orders come with a reheating booklet with instructions and recipe ideas!
