Our local bakery, Bakehouse Bread Company, makes bread the old fashioned way, just how we like it.
They start with a sourdough starter that is over 25 years old! Add in whole caraway seeds, and a blend of wheat and rye flours that produces a light textured, but oh so flavorful bread.
We know you’re buying this for your Ruben, but don’t be afraid to experiment with any leftovers. We have customers who swear by grilling it and even to using it for pb&j’s!
