Not to sound like Papa Johns, but better ingredients make a better product.
We used that guiding principle in our prime beef brisket.
We take grass-fed beef and rub it down with a specially formulated spice rub containing hints of paprika, cumin, and ground coffee before throwing it on the smoker over hickory chips.
It slow smokes for 14 hours before being sliced up perfectly and combined with some tangy BBQ sauce to be sent on its way to hungry carnivores everywhere.
Here's what you get:
- 1 pound BBQ brisket, sliced and sauced
If you would prefer your brisket without sauce just let us know in the special comments section when checking out!
Ingredients: Beef brisket, salt, spices, BBQ sauce (Ketchup (tomato puree, sugar, vinegar, spices), Water, Worcestershire (vinegar, molasses, cane sugar, anchovies, water, onion, spices), Brown Sugar, Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Onion Powder, Dry Mustard Powder, Salt)

The brisket was very delicious and easy to heat up and serve for a quick lunch.C
I shared this with my sister and both of us had a very enjoyable dinner.I have been a loyal customer since I am more than happy to support women owned businesses.M
The product is quite good, but I would prefer if it was not chopped as fine. The sauce is excellent, but to my taste, it overwhelms the brisket. I would, perhaps, prefer a sliced brisket with sauce on the side. That way I could achieve what I would consider a proper balance. Or does that all sound too snobbish? If so, I apologize.L
Delicious as always, very lean and tender !!C
Fall off the bone. Tender
