You know how I know these are REALLY good cabbage rolls?
Because a literal Polish grandmother created this recipe.
We make them the traditional way. We boil the cabbage leaves one by one, and make a stuffing out of the best organic beef, cooked rice, bell pepper, onion, and add seasonings until they smell of fall.
We finish them off with a modern twist though: a homemade fire-roasted tomato sauce and 8oz of our famous kraut.

Very good cabbage rolls, a little bland, which allows for spicing them up to individual tastes. I added granulated garlic, onion powder, extra sauerkraut and Chili sauce which provided a very tasty "gravy" for the mashed potatoes side that I prepared to accompany the rolls.S

These needed some tomato sauce as traditionally made. I added some salt, cinnamon and garlic. Recommended to try there!R
