Serving Size Suggestions

To help you plan your feasts properly, here is our suggested serving sizes: 

1 rack of ribs will feed 2 normal adults, or 1 very hungry person. 

1 pound of pulled pork or chicken will make 3-4 sandwiches. 

1 container of brisket (2lbs) will feed 4-6.  

Hams will feed 8-10

Smoked Turkey Breasts will feed 6-8, and Whole Turkeys will feed 16-18
