Sent The Best Of BBQ Taster Pack to a dear friend for her Superbowl Party. Two of the guests had never had pulled pork (what???) and we’re reluctant to try it. But they gave in and their taste bud exploded and they literally gobbled the entire pot! Meanwhile, my friend’s son was retrieving the heated ribs from the oven and failed to return to watch the game. When this was investigated, it was discovered that the son was secretly devouring the ribs out of view in the kitchen. He was dutifully “sacked” in the 3rd quarter and the ribs were intercepted and enjoyed by the rest of the guests. And the beans were even reviewed very favorably. I hadn’t realized that this dish was not your traditional bean pot but a delicious melange of different sorts of beans. So, I give this great assortment of porcine delicacies Six Big Oinks (an “Oink” being equal to approximately 2.5 stars).
