    We take all natural, free range pork shoulder and rub it down with our secret mix of 14 spices and herbs.

    It gets slow smoked to give it the very best flavor profile and then seasoned with our tangy and slightly sweet Memphis BBQ sauce.

    It's delicious in everything from regular sandwiches to BBQ pulled pork pizza, or even pulled pork egg rolls. You'll always want some in your freezer so you can just toss a pound in the crock pot before work and have dinner all done when you get back.

    If you like things extra saucy, we recommend adding a bottle of BBQ Sauce
