Once a month we get to play Willy Wonka of bacon and boy do we take advantage of it!
Here's what we've got cooking for November:
- Cranberry Orange: If you want a bacon that goes perfectly with Thanksgiving morning, this is your (bacon) jam. With hints of cranberry, freshly grated orange zest, a bit of cracked pepper to keep it balanced, and a hearty smoked bacon this is the perfect pairing for pancakes by the dozen.
- Bourbon Smoked Black Pepper: A fan favorite we brought back by popular demand. We take black pepper that's been smoked with Kentucky Bourbon, and mix it up with garlic, onion, paprika, and sea salt to make the most flavorful and interesting bacon you'll ever taste.
