Once a month we get to play Willy Wonka of bacon and boy do we take advantage of it!
Here's what we've got cooking for July:
- Garlic Basil: The fresh herbs are finally blooming again and we're oh so ready to bid farewell to winter with this fresh take on a savory bacon. We take garlic, tons of fresh basil, some parsley and spices and rub our applewood bacon down to create a hearty and fresh bacon that's amazing with steaks and in your salads, crumbled.
- Chile Margarita: we like to keep the party in your mouth going all month long. Our homemade margarita mix gets spiked with hot chili's and then rimmed with pink Himalayan salt. It's a bacon that's so full of flavor we just eat it the classic way; one strip at a time.
