A deli delight sure to inspire some serious sandwich creations.
Organic free range beef is rubbed down with spices and herbs before being brined for 30 days (yes, you read that right...) to ensure it comes out super flavorful and juicy. We slice it extra thin to get a silky, melt in your mouth feel.
For pastrami, the bad boy of deli meats that taste too good to be true, we add in the additional step of smoking it. That extra step in the smoker makes all the difference - you end up with a slice of meat that's bursting full of flavor and still has a nice peppery crust on the outside.
